Video-Einblicke

Das TikTok-Video „Most people try to “move on”… but stay stuck thinking about their ex for years. Not because they’re weak. but because they don’t understand what’s happening in their brain, body, and psyche after heartbreak. Here’s what actually helps you heal: 1️⃣ Your brain is addicted to them You’re not crazy - attachment is chemical. Dopamine, oxytocin & vasopressin wire this person into your system like a drug. So when it ends, your brain goes into withdrawal. Cravings. Obsessive thoughts. Urges to reach out. You’re not crazy. You’re detoxing. Tip: to stop rumination, don’t argue with the thoughts. Label it “attachment looping” and redirect attention to something sensory (feet on floor, breath, temperature, sounds). This interrupts the loop instead of feeding it. ⭐️I have a program that helps you stop ruminating so your ex isn’t living rent free in your head. 2️⃣ Your nervous system is trying to find safety again Your body encoded them as “home.” So without them, your system can feel anxious. Even if your mind knows it’s over… your body still reacts like it’s not. Healing is rebuilding internal safety. 3️⃣ You’re missing a version of you It’s not just them. It’s who you were with them: the lover, the chosen one, the regulated self. This is ego identity loss and it can feel disorienting. 4️⃣ Your shadow is getting activated Heartbreak brings up unhealed parts: The one who feels not good enough. This is not something to suppress. It’s something to integrate. This is shadow work. 5️⃣ Parts of you still believe you need them One part knows it’s over - another still hopes and holds on This is parts work. You don’t heal by avoiding thoughts & feelings. You heal by meeting the parts of you still attached. Spiritually, heartbreak breaks illusions, attachments, & identities that were never meant to last. It’s not just loss. Healing isn’t forgetting them. It’s understanding what got activated in you and becoming someone who no longer abandons yourself in love. If you’re ready to stop rumination, regulate your nervous system and actually move on, this is the work I do inside Reclaim Peace & Power program. ❤️‍🩹Click the link in my bio to book a consultation call to learn more. #heartbreak #breakups #nocontact #getovermyex #grief“ von @thewrighterica kommt laut den von diesem Index erfassten öffentlichen Kennzahlen auf 589 Aufrufe, 3 Likes, 0 Kommentare, 0 Shares.
