Video-Einblicke
Das TikTok-Video „Sometimes doing what’s best for you is also one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do. Because not every right decision feels good. Sometimes it means walking away from someone you still love. Sometimes it means letting go of something you worked so hard to hold together. Sometimes it means disappointing people you care about. And sometimes it means accepting that something you wanted so badly is no longer what’s right for you. And that hurts. Because you can know deep down that something needs to change and still wish things could have been different. You can miss someone and know you made the right decision. You can grieve what you’re leaving behind and still be excited about what’s ahead. You can feel sad and relieved at the same time. Two things can be true. And I think that’s something we don’t talk about enough. We expect the right decisions to come with this overwhelming feeling of certainty. Like once we finally choose ourselves, everything should immediately feel better. But sometimes peace doesn’t feel peaceful in the beginning. Sometimes it feels like guilt. Sometimes it feels like loneliness. Sometimes it feels like questioning yourself because you’re so used to putting everyone else’s feelings before your own. But feeling uncomfortable doesn’t automatically mean you made the wrong decision. And feeling heartbroken doesn’t mean you should go back. Sometimes the hardest part of growth is accepting that you can love something and still need to let it go. You can appreciate what something once meant to you without needing to carry it into your future. And you can choose a different life without regretting the one you lived before. So if you’re facing a decision that you know is right for you but still hurts to make, give yourself some grace. You don’t have to feel happy about every decision that brings you peace. You’re allowed to grieve. You’re allowed to take your time. And you’re allowed to trust yourself even when your heart is still catching up. Sometimes choosing peace means accepting a little heartbreak along the way. And that doesn’t make the decision wrong. It just means it mattered. 💚“ von @energygrowthhub kommt laut den von diesem Index erfassten öffentlichen Kennzahlen auf 3.714 Aufrufe, 221 Likes, 7 Kommentare, 12 Shares.
