Today I tried a hot volcanic sand bath with a full-body scrub and massage in Bangkok, Thailand. 🌋 This Japanese-inspired treatment started with a blood pressure check before I entered the hot volcanic sand bath. The therapists covered my body with hot sand, and the intense heat made this an extremely sweaty but relaxing experience. After the sand bath, I received soothing head, neck, shoulder, arm, leg and back massages, followed by a shower and after-treatment tea.
